1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@homedecoratorshoppe.com. Please include your order number and photographs if the item is damaged.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
5. Damaged Items
Due to the fragile nature of some decor items, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box so we can resolve the issue quickly.
